Currently, rough work has been completed in the premises, engineering networks have been carried out, and ventilation and air conditioning systems have been installed. An advance payment was made for VR, gaming machines, a labyrinth, and card readers and software for controlling payment and using gaming machines were also paid for and installed. Return of investments will be made at the rate of return to the investor of 50% of net profit, until the full repayment of investments. After that, once every six months, profits will be distributed among the participants in accordance with the shares in the authorized capital.
The possibility of phased investment is provided, however, we are tied to the terms and amounts in accordance with the agreements, in view of which the agreement with the investor provides for a schedule for the implementation of investments.
When considering one-time visits, the average check is set at 50 GEL, when considering holding festive events in the amount of 415 GEL. The number of visits per month is projected at 10,000 people.
Investments will go to:
- payment for the rest of the gaming equipment;
- transportation, customs fees and installation of equipment;
- purchase and installation of kitchen equipment;
- purchase and delivery of furniture;
- purchase and delivery of computer equipment for personnel and video surveillance systems;
- selection and training of personnel;
- payment of NUT until the moment of reaching self-sufficiency.
